About Glyn
Glyn joined the party whilst at university in 2019. He has been involved in the party in Wales ever since, and has worked as an Organiser and in the Senedd. Having been elected as a Councillor in 2022, Glyn now works as the Development Officer for Wales. This post is part funded, and managed by, ALDC.
His responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for party members on campaigning, fundraising, voter outreach, and other relevant skills.
- Work with local party leadership to develop a strategic plan for growing membership, expanding donor base, and building party infrastructure.
- Advise and assist local Councillors and Council Groups on policy issues, communications, and working effectively
- Supporting local Council by-election campaigns
