What to Expect

Here’s what you can expect from each of our promotional options:

Conference Guide Advertising: The guide is a must-have resource for attendees, providing the agenda and key details of the event. Advertising in the guide ensures your message is seen by party members throughout the conference. The guide will be A4 portrait-sized and printed in full colour, offering both full-page and half-page options.
Lanyard Branding: Lanyards are worn by every delegate throughout the conference, making them one of the most visible promotional tools. You can choose to supply your own branded lanyards or let us take care of the production for you. Either way, your brand will be front and center for all attendees.
Banner Displays: Even if you’re unable to attend in person, you can make your presence felt by displaying a roller banner at the venue. Positioned in high-traffic areas, your banner will capture the attention of delegates, speakers, and media representatives throughout the event.
