Located in the busy registration area, these events guarantee strong attendance and lively engagement. Tea, coffee, juices, and breakfast pastries will be provided.
• Campaigners Reception - Engage with the party’s grassroots activists during this drinks reception at the close of Saturday’s conference sessions. This is a prime opportunity to connect with those leading and delivering campaigns for the Welsh Liberal Democrats across the country.
• Farewell Reception - Held in the exhibition area as the conference draws to a close on Sunday afternoon, this reception provides members with a final chance to mingle and say goodbye. A mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served, catering to attendees who may be driving. Hosting this reception allows your organisation to leave a lasting impression before members depart.
• Councillors Reception - This private reception is exclusively for Welsh Liberal Democrat councillors and offers an excellent platform for engaging directly with local representatives. We will work with you to determine the most suitable timing during the conference. Drinks tailored to the occasion will be arranged.
• Welsh Young Liberals Reception - Celebrate the contributions of young members at this vibrant reception, designed to thank them for their work within the party. This is an ideal option for organisations keen to connect with the next generation of party leaders and activists.

As the host, you’ll have the opportunity to address the attendees, with a senior party figure such as Jane Dodds MS or David Chadwick MP offering a formal thank-you. Our conference organisers will work closely with you to ensure the event reflects your organisation’s objectives and values.
