The exhibition will be located in a prime area directly outside the Conference Hall, ensuring your organisation is seen by a steady flow of attendees.

Throughout the weekend, our elected representatives in the Senedd, Westminster, and councils, along with senior party members, will make time in their schedules to meet and network with exhibitors like you.
 

Exhibitor Package

Our comprehensive package is designed to help you make the most of your presence at the conference. It includes:

• A 2m x 2m exhibition space, complete with a table and two chairs.
• Two complimentary Observer Passes for your team, allowing them to attend the conference for the entire weekend including the Q&A with Jane Dodds MS and David Chadwick MP and the Public Affairs Social on the Friday evening,
• An Exhibitor listing on the conference section of our website, featuring your organisation’s logo and a 50-word description.

• £250 – Professional Associations / Trade Unions / Registered Charities (annual turnover over £250,000)
• £150 – Community Groups / Registered Charities (annual turnover under £250,000) / Lib Dem Affiliated Organisations
