Attend the Conference as an Observer

We warmly welcome attendees from charities, campaigning and public affairs organisations, Lib Dem Affiliated Organisations, and the general public to join us as observers at our upcoming conference.

What to Expect

Your experience begins on Friday evening with an engaging Q&A session featuring Jane Dodds MS and David Chadwick MP, followed by the Public Affairs Social.

The main conference runs throughout Saturday and Sunday, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe policy debates in the conference hall and connect with party campaigners and other organisations at fringe meetings and the exhibition.

Observer Packages

We offer two flexible packages tailored to your needs:

Weekend Observer Package

This package offers the full conference experience throughout the weekend, including:

An Observer Pass valid for all three days.
Opportunities to join policy debates, participate in fringe meetings, and explore the exhibition.
The chance to contribute to debates where your expertise is relevant.
An invitation to the Q&A with Jane Dodds MS and David Chadwick MP, followed by the Public Affairs Social on Friday evening.

Cost:

£150 – Commercial / Government / Public Bodies / Universities / General Public
£100 – Professional Associations / Trade Unions / Registered Charities (annual turnover over £250,000)
£60 – Community Groups / Registered Charities (annual turnover under £250,000) / Lib Dem Affiliated Organisations

Friday Evening Observer Package

If you’re only available Friday evening, this package includes:

An Observer Pass for Friday evening.
The Q&A session with Jane Dodds MS and David Chadwick MP.
The Public Affairs Social.
